SMYRNA, Georgia — City officials here are soliciting bids for a new surface parking lot along Atlanta Road.
Smyrna is looking for companies to submit a lump sum contract to build a 44-space surface parking lot at 2688 Atlanta Road. The project includes the demolition of an existing parking area and building foundation, grading, sanitary sewer, potable water, curb and gutter, asphalt paving, striping, concrete paving, parking lot lighting, storm sewer piping and detention.
Sealed Bids are due to the city’s Purchasing Division by 10 a.m. on Friday, July 12.
