State Sen. Donzella James, D-Atlanta, joined Gov. Nathan Deal this week as he signed Senate Resolution 441 into law.
SR 441, sponsored by Sen. James, honors Georgia legend and world renowned vocalist Gladys Knight by dedicating a portion of Peachtree Street in her name.
