Southeastern Railway Museum to host 11th annual ’Trains, Trucks & Tractors’ in August

DULUTH, Ga. — Antique vehicles will be front and center during the Southeastern Railway Museum’s 11th Annual “Trains, Trucks & Tractors” event.

The popular family-friendly event is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Aug. 4-6. Participants include Cumming Antique Power Association members, who will display a range of antique tractors.

In addition to the museum’s usual displays and the opportunity to ride vintage railroad equipment, the event will feature hayrides and rides on the museum’s restored antique handcar for a small additional fee. The special visiting exhibits and other activities are included in regular museum admission.

On-site refreshments will be available as well.

Admission is $10 for adults, $8 for seniors 65 and older and $7 for children between the ages of two and 12 years old. During the event, the museum will offer free admission to railroad workers and their families with either a work identification or a brotherhood card.
